About Timothy Rohman

My Name is Tim, Timothy or Timmy Rohman, whichever you want to call me! I am a down to earth straight shooter that specializes in the investment side of Real Estate in the Branson area.  Nothing feels more rewarding than closing on a home for a first time home buyer, but investment Real Estate is what I focus on day in and day out. 

I have called Branson home since 2004 when I moved here from Peoria Illinois to start my life after highschool.  Being successful in the Retail world I strived for something more and jumped into Real Estate in 2019.  I feel like I really found my calling since serving consumers and communication has always been my strong suite, hunting and finding property in a combination to my past skill set was a perfict fit. 

My wife Emily owns a local Hair Salon and Boutique across the lake from my office in Hollister.  We share one amzing little human, Carder, that does a great job keeping us busy with sports and adventures.  We enjoy camping, floating, hiking, riding in our side by side and taking advantage of what the Ozarks have to offer us.  When we are not helping others make their investment dreams, fashion goals, or any sort of life improvements happen we like to go out there and live life to the fullest!
